The following fees do not apply to one-and-two-family or City-owned buildings:
(a) review of plans before an application for a building permit is submitted
Fee effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 | Fee effective July 1, 2026 and thereafter
$142.60 | $150.00
(b) review of plans submitted with the application for a building permit. (This fee is not refundable, but will be credited towards the total permit fee, the remainder of which is due upon issuance of the permit.)

The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the fees set forth in this Section 60-12-6 shall be added to the cost if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
