§ 7-416 CRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT. A violation of this article is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000 in accordance with § 1-6(c). Each separate occurrence of a violation or each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. The failure to perform an act required by this article is a violation of this article.
