2-45-070 Divisions of the Department. The Department shall include such divisions as may be necessary or desirable to enable the Commissioner to perform his duties. The Department shall furnish services necessary and proper to the functioning of the Community Development Commission, the Chicago Plan Commission, the Commission on Chicago Landmarks and such other offices and agencies as are appropriate.
