In accordance with Section 12.40.100 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, the type of vehicle described in Section 12.40.100 shall be permitted to use the following named streets or parts of streets and no others, except as allowed in Section 12.40.110 of this code:
1. Interstate Highway 10 between east city limits and north city limits (New Mexico State Line);
2. Interstate Highway 110 between Interstate 10 and south city limits (International Boundary at Cordova Port-of-Entry: Bridge of the Americas);
3. Patriot Freeway (U.S. 54) between Border Highway (Loop 375) and north city limits (New Mexico State Line);
4. Loop 375 between U.S. 54 (Patriot Freeway) and Railroad Drive.
5. Americas Avenue (Loop 375 Frontage) between Zaragoza Road and Interstate Highway 10.
6. Joe Battle Boulevard (Loop 375 Frontage) between Interstate Highway 10 and Montana Avenue (U.S. 62/180).
7. Zaragoza Road (FM 659) between Border Highway (Loop 375) and south city limits (International Boundary at Ysleta Port-of-Entry: Zaragoza Bridge);
8. Zaragoza Road (FM 659) between east city limits and its north intersection with Joe Battle Boulevard (Loop 375 Frontage).
9. Montana Avenue (U.S. 62/180) between Airway Boulevard and east city limits;
10. Airway Boulevard between Montana Avenue (U.S. 62/180) and Interstate Highway 10;
11. Trowbridge Drive between Interstate Highway 10 and Delta Drive;
12. Delta Drive between Trowbridge Drive and Fonseca Drive;
13. Fonseca Drive between Delta Drive and Border Highway (Loop 375);
14. Fred Wilson Road between Airport Road and Patriot Freeway (U.S. 54);
15. Marshall Road between Fred Wilson Road and Railroad Drive;
16. Railroad Drive between Fred Wilson Road and Dyer Street;
17. Dyer Street between Railroad Drive and its north intersection with Patriot Freeway (U.S. 54);
18. Artcraft/Ord Gary Highway (SH 178) from West City Limits (New Mexico State Line) to Interstate Highway 10.
19. SPUR 601 between Patriot Freeway (U.S. 54) and Loop 375 (Purple Heart Highway).
