8. Rules The Prudential Committee shall adopt rules that govern the administration, operation, and maintenance of the water and wastewater systems. Rules adopted by the Committee shall become effective upon a majority vote of those residents of the Fire District present and voting at an annual or special meeting of the Fire District.
