§ 13-354. - Sanitation requirements of food vending devices. Coin-operated devices which vend articles of food or materials for human consumption shall be maintained in a sanitary manner and shall comply with all the sanitation ordinances of the City. Such devices shall protect the contents thereof from contamination at all times. (Code 1970, § 6-38; Code 1980, § 7-147)
