Sec. 2-21. - Positions, classifications, salaries and salary ranges. The positions, classifications, salaries, and salary ranges of the officers and employees of the city, other than as prescribed in this Code, are contained in separate ordinances not included in this Code, and nothing in this Code or the ordinance adopting this Code shall be deemed to repeal such ordinances.
