San José Municipal Code § 20.200.262
in effect"Cottage food operation" means an enterprise run by a cottage food operator, as defined in Section 113758 of the California Health and Safety Code, as amended, that makes a cottage food product, as defined in Section 113871 of the California Health and Safety Code, as amended.
