10.04.085 - Non-self propelled vehicle. "Non-self propelled vehicle" is any trailer, boat, camper, camper shell, boat trailer, two-axle camp trailer, one-axle trailer, utility trailer, semi-trailer, trailer coach, implement of husbandry, or similar device or vehicle that is not self-propelled, motorized, or capable of movement under its own power.
