7.15.020 - Groomer license required. A. A groomer license must be obtained by any person that performs animal grooming. B. Licensed groomers must have said license and valid state-issued photographic identification in their possession and available for inspection by shop owners, clients and city officials at all times when grooming. C. A licensed groomer shall only perform animal grooming at a grooming shop that has obtained a current, valid registration from the City of El Paso. (Ord. No. 19087, § 14, 8-18-2020)
