SEC. 39B-14. TRANSFER OF LICENSE. A licensee shall not: (1) transfer a license issued under this chapter to another; or (2) operate a business engaged in the purchase of regulated property for resale or salvage use under the authority of a license at any place other than the address designated in the license application.
