Sec. 901-201. - License required; fee and term. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or operate a hotel in the city without first procuring an annual license therefor from the license administrator. The annual fee for this license shall be provided in section 131-501 of the Code. (b) The term for a license issued under this chapter shall be in accordance with section 801-209 of the Code. (c) A license issued under this chapter remains subject to all provisions under chapter 801 of the Code. (G.O. 17, 2018, § 1)
