Las Vegas Municipal Code § 7.36.010 Noise annoyance.

7.36.010 - Noise annoyance. It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to wilfully permit or allow any animal kept, possessed, maintained or otherwise controlled by such person to engage in continuous barking, yelping, braying or the creation of other loud noise. A noise is "continuous" for purposes of this provision if, because of its duration or repetition, a reasonable person would consider it an unreasonable invasion of the peace and quiet of a neighboring resident. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 7.36.020 Interfering with pedestrians.

7.36.020 - Interfering with pedestrians. It is unlawful for the owner or any person having possession, custody or control of any animal to allow the animal to interfere with a pedestrian or vehicle traffic, trespass on school grounds, or damage the property of another person. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 7.36.030 At large.

7.36.030 - At large. (A) Except as otherwise provided in Subsection (B), it is unlawful for the owner of an animal, or any person having possession, custody or control thereof, to allow the animal to be at large, as defined in Section 7.04.090. (B) Subsection (A) does not apply to any cat or the cat's owner unless the cat has an obvious injury or illness. (Ord. No. 6490, § 14, 12-16-15; Ord. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 7.36.040 Solid waste nuisances.

7.36.040 - Solid waste nuisances. It is unlawful for any person owning or having custody or care of any animal to allow the animal to excrete any solid waste upon any public property, upon any real property owned by or leased by another person or upon any common area of an apartment or similar complex; provided, however, that no violation of this Section shall occur if the owner or other person having custody or care of the animal promptly and voluntarily removes the waste. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 7.36.050 Restraint and sanitation.

7.36.050 - Restraint and sanitation. Subject to the provisions of LVMC 7.32.160 and applicable State law, every owner or any person having possession, custody or control of any animal, and keeping the same upon premises under the person's control, shall keep the animal restrained by a fence, cage, coop, chain, leash or other adequate means so that the animal does not leave or escape from the premises upon which it is kept; provided, however, that no person shall keep any such animal unless its living area is kept clean and free from offensive odors, animal wastes, rodents, flies, or any other offensive or unwholesome condition.
