Sec. 12-108. - Effect of article on other ordinances. Nothing contained in this article shall be deemed to repeal any other section of this Code or other city ordinance relating to discrimination because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or familial status, but all such ordinances and portions thereof in conflict with this article are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
