Sec. 931-201. - Registration required; fee. (a) It shall be unlawful for a person to operate a commercial parking facility in the city without first being registered therefor with the license administrator. (b) The annual fee for registration of a commercial parking facility shall be provided in section 131-501 of the code. (G.O. 63, 2009, § 152)
