§61.2311 Non–Exclusiveness of Division This Division is not exclusive. The Council shall have the power to provide other procedures or to follow procedures and powers now or hereafter provided by general law. The procedures and powers herein are alternative. When proceeding under this Division, its provisions only need be followed. (“Non–Exclusiveness of Division” renumbered from Sec. 61.2310 on 12–8–1992 by O–17882 N.S.)
