Sec. 12.28.620. - Public benefit. The city council hereby determines there is a small amount by which the public interest will be especially benefitted from the maintenance of the improvements. Accordingly, the city has already reduced the direct costs included in the calculation of the assessment amounts by ten percent to maintain the improvements. (Ord. No. 5235, § 1, 4-10-01)
