10.16.010 - Communication or use.
No person, not being authorized by the sender, who intercepts, overhears or receives any messages or communications transmitted by any radio transmitting station operating upon a wavelength or radio frequency assigned by the Federal Communications Commission for use by any police or law enforcement agency, shall for the benefit of himself or any other person, communicate such messages or communications to any other person, or directly or indirectly use the information so obtained.
