in effectSec. 29-84. - Hours of inspection and entry.
The persons designated in section 29-83 shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. Upon presentation of proper identification to the licensee, responsible agent or other persons in charge of any manufactured home park, and to the affected occupants of such manufactured home park, such persons may enter any building, structure, dwelling, manufactured home, or premises, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Saturdays; provided, however, that in case of emergency where extreme hazards are known to exist which may involve imminent injury to persons, loss of life or severe property damage, such persons may enter the aforesaid structures and premises at any time upon presentation of proper identification. Such persons are hereby authorized and directed to seek a search warrant as provided by law if denied admission to inspect any such premises.
