§ 38-387. - Senior citizens exemption. Any bona fide City resident, or retired City employee, who shall have attained the age of 62 years shall not be required to purchase or hold a permit to fish in and upon the waters of the Atoka Reservoir-Reservation; provided such person shall carry on his person, while fishing on any such reservation, positive, written evidence that he has attained such age.
