Sec. 6.209. Division of Land and Bond. Authority to divide application, fees, apportionment of unpaid amounts, applicable for new bonds, amendment of diagram and assessment, preparation and execution of new bonds, installment payments, cash payments and delivery of new bonds, shall, so far as applicable, be as provided in the Improvement Act of 1911 in Chapter 5, Part 5 of the Streets and Highways Code.
