§ 3-104. Officers of Boards and Commissions. Except as expressly otherwise provided in this charter, each board and commission shall have a chairman and may have a vice chairman. It shall also have a secretary and may have a treasurer who need not be members and may be the same person. ANNOTATION Sources: No specific source.
