§159.0304 Previously Conforming Uses Land Development Code Chapter 12, Article 7, Division 1 (General Review Procedures for Previously Conforming Premises and Uses) applies except that expansion or enlargement of previously conforming uses is not permitted. Any change in building facade materials or colors shall conform to the provisions of the La Jolla Planned District.
