Las Vegas Municipal Code § 10.62.010 Purchase, receipt, possession, consumption.

10.62.010 - Purchase, receipt, possession, consumption. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one years to buy, receive, have in his possession or consume any alcoholic liquors. (Ord. 1190 § 7, 1965: Ord. 1107 § 1, 1964: prior code § 6-8-1)

Las Vegas Municipal Code § 10.62.020 Purchase for minor.

10.62.020 - Purchase for minor. (A) It shall be unlawful for any person to purchase any alcoholic liquors for and on behalf of any person under the age of twenty-one years. (B) Any person violating Subsection (A) of this Section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars or more than five hundred dollars and/or imprisonment in the City Jail for not more than six months, or any combination of such fine and imprisonment, no part of which fine or imprisonment may be suspended.
