Sec. 24-263. - Adoption by board. Proposed rules and any amendments thereto shall be considered at a regular or special meeting of the board. Notice of the meeting at which the rules or amendments to the rules are to be considered shall be mailed to the office address of each member of the board at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting. The notices shall contain the date, time, and location of the meeting and a statement that copies of the proposed rules or amendments to the rules are available at the office of the manager. The board shall consider the proposed rules or amendments to the rules and following the meeting shall forward the proposed rules to the manager with a notification of the action taken by the meeting of the board.
