Sec. 6-32-35. - Consent required for horse-drawn carriage driver to pick up additional passengers. No driver of a horse-drawn carriage shall carry any person other than the original passenger(s) by whom he or she has been engaged, without the consent of the original passenger(s), unless it is a driver trainee or other company employee.
