Sec. 38-119. - Unlawful display or flourishing of weapons. (a) Unlawful display or flourishing. It shall be unlawful for any person, except for a law enforcement officer, to display in a threatening manner, or to flourish, any weapon. (b) Unlawful display by retailers. It shall be unlawful for any secondhand dealer, pawnbroker, or person who is engaged in the wholesale or retail sale, rental, or exchange of weapons to display or place on exhibition any weapon in any window or place where the weapon would be visible to the public outside of the store's premises.
