Sec. 40-366. - Regulations. The Director of Houston Public Works is authorized to adopt rules and regulations for the administration of this article. To the extent practicable, as determined by the traffic engineer, the rules and regulations may provide for the filing and processing of permit documents by electronic means. (Ord.
