921.01-10 - Pedal boats. (A) Pedal boats that bear a Hull Identification Number (HIN) recognized by United States Coast Guard as watercraft are permitted and are specifically exempted from the length, beam and weight requirements except that at O'Shaughnessy, Hoover and Griggs Reservoirs they are restricted to the same areas where canoes and kayaks may operate.
