§511.0112 Means of Appeals (a) Local Amendment. Section 112.1, Board of Building Appeals and Advisors, is amended to read as follows: When a question involving the interpretation of the intent and purpose of any provisions of the San Diego Fire Code or the suitability of alternate materials and types of construction is presented to the Fire Code Official, the Fire Code Official may request the Board of Building Appeals and Advisors investigate such matters under the procedures established in San Diego Municipal Code section 111.0207 regarding building inspection. The request for Board of Building Appeals and Advisors action shall be made under section 111.0207(d). (“Means of Appeals” added 1-29-2026 by O-22043 N.S.; effective 2-28-2026.)
