§511.0108 Fees (a) Local Amendment. Section 108.2, Fee Schedule, is amended to read as follows: Fees shall be charged in accordance with the User Fee Schedule adopted by the City Council to recover the costs related to the issuance of permits and associated inspections, or other inspections or activities as deemed necessary by the Fire Code Official to determine the extent of compliance with the provisions of this code.
