SEC. 40A-8. EFFECT OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE RETIREMENT FUND. A person, by becoming or remaining a member, inactive member, retiree, or beneficiary of the retirement fund, binds the person and the person's heirs, administrators, executors, legal representatives, beneficiaries, and survivors to all provisions of this chapter.
