§ 20-62. - Application; fee. All applications for a certificate of fitness shall be filed with the Fire Marshal on forms provided by the Fire Marshal. A fee shall be charged to issue or renew a certificate of fitness as may be required by the Fire Prevention Code in accordance with Article III, Title 20, of Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees.
