§ 22-19 Bonding company as recognizor. Any officer having power to admit to bail may accept as recognizor any bonding, guarantee or trust company incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, or under the laws of any State in the United States, and doing business in the City of Baltimore, which is authorized by its charter to become surety on official bonds.
