§ 20-25. - Administration and enforcement. (a) Administration and enforcement. This article shall be administered and enforced by the Fire Marshal and, under his/her direction, such officers as the Fire Marshal designates and Ex Officio Fire Marshals. The Fire Marshal shall meet those qualifications as may be set forth by the jurisdiction as being necessary to effectively administer this article. (b) Enforcement assistance. Oklahoma City police and code enforcement officers shall render necessary assistance in the enforcement of this article when so requested by the Fire Marshal. (Ord.
