Sec. 10-235. - Location restrictions. No person shall allow, cause, or suffer any modular home to be on any property owned by him or under his control within Fire Zones One and Two. This section shall not prohibit the transportation of modular homes through Fire Zones One and Two on the public streets when such transportation is accomplished in compliance with all other applicable statutes and ordinances.
