Sec. 441-106. - Restrictions on moving property in central traffic district. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to move personal property, furnishings or the equipment of any office, residence or storeroom in any moving van or other commercial vehicle within the central traffic district between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., without first having procured a permit therefor from the city traffic division. (b) This section shall not apply to the delivery or shipment of merchandise to any place in such district for sale in the conduct of any business, nor to any such things conveyed in a private automobile not so used for hire.
