ROBERT MUELLER MUNICIPAL AIRPORT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION ADVISORY COMMISSION.

in effect§ 2-1-169 - ROBERT MUELLER MUNICIPAL AIRPORT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION ADVISORY COMMISSION.
(A) The Robert Mueller Municipal Airport Plan Implementation Advisory Commission has 11 members.
(1) Each member must reside in:
(a) Mueller;
(b) Austin Heights;
(c) Blackland;
(d) Blackshear;
(e) Cherrywood;
(f) Clifford Sanchez;
(g) Coronado Hills/Creekside;
(h) Delwood II;
(i) Hancock;
(j) Highland;
(k) Hyde Park;
(l) JJ Seabrook;
(m) McKinley Heights;
(n) MLK/Airport;
(o) Northfield;
(p) North University;
(q) Ridgetop;
(r) Rosewood;
(s) Pecan Springs - Springdale;
(t) Skyview;
(u) St. John;
(v) Swede Hill;
(w) University Hills;
(x) Wilshire Wood; or
(y) Windsor Park.
(2) The commission's membership may include:
(a) a real estate developer or professional;
(b) a commercial finance professional;
(c) a business representative;
(d) an urban design professional;
(e) neighborhood representatives.
(B) The commission shall meet as frequently as it determines is necessary.
(C) The commission shall:
(1) advise the city council on implementation of the Robert Mueller Municipal Airport Master Plan, the 1996 Robert Mueller Municipal Airport Process and Goals Task Force Report, and other redevelopment issues at Robert Mueller Municipal Airport, including proposed amendments to the Master Plan, land disposition strategy, traffic, urban design and zoning issues, demolition of existing facilities; and
(2) at the request of the city council, make recommendations on amendments to the Master Plan and other matters related to Robert Mueller Airport redevelopment.
(D) The commission is abolished on the date that the Master Development Agreement dated December 2, 2004, between the City and Catellus Austin, LLC expires or is terminated.
