6.57.070 - Licensee—Discipline. In addition to the grounds provided in LVMC 6.02.330, an outcall entertainment referral service licensee may be disciplined if an outcall entertainer who is employed by or referred to a patron by the referral service has committed a criminal act while providing entertainment to a patron under circumstances where the referral service has knowledge or should have had knowledge by reasonable diligence that such a criminal act might occur.
