Sec. 14-223. - Tampering with or injuring parking meters. It shall be unlawful to deface, injure, tamper with, open or willfully break, destroy, or impair the usefulness of any city parking meter, except that duly authorized persons may make necessary collections and repairs. (Code 1985, § 14-202)
