§ 60-39-1. - Peddler's licenses and permits.
(a) peddler's permit application fee .....$30.00
(b) Outdoor seller's permit application fee
Fee effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 | Fee effective July 1, 2026 and thereafter
$113.00 | $120.00
(c) amended site plan, administrative review fee .....$13.00
The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the fees shall be added to the costs set forth in this Section 60-39-1 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
