Sec. 6-96. - Authorization. The manager is authorized, upon petition, to impose a fine in lieu of suspending for fourteen (14) days or less a license for the sale of alcoholic beverages issued by the manager pursuant to the Colorado Liquor Code. The procedures and standards for imposing a fine in lieu of suspension shall be governed by the Colorado Liquor Code. (Ord. No. 184-88, § 4, 3-21-88; Ord. No. 1003-25, § 3, 7-28-25)
