San Antonio City Code § 16-1112
in effectSec. 16-1112. - Appeals.
If the director denies issuance or renewal of a permit or suspends or revokes a permit issued under this article, the action is final unless the permit holder files a written appeal within twenty (20) calendar days to the director, or his/her designee. Appeals shall be heard by the board of adjustment (BOA) pursuant to section 35-481.
