4-11-089 Indemnification agreement - Required. The applicant for a permit under this chapter shall agree in writing to indemnify, defend and hold the City of Chicago and its assignees and employees harmless from all losses, damages, injuries, claims, demands and expenses arising out of the operation of the permitted event.
