Sec. 9-8-10. - Disinterment of dead bodies. The disinterment of dead bodies from any of the cemeteries or burial places in or near the city, or storing dead bodies within the same, except for freezing or embalming, without special permission from the registrar of vital records, and on such terms as he or she may prescribe, is forbidden.
