§ 4-14-53 - PENALTY. (A) A person who violates a provision of this article is guilty of a separate offense for each day the violation of this article continues. (B) Each offense is punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000. A culpable mental state is not required for fines of $500 or less, and need not be proved. Source: Ord. 20130926-081; Ord.
