2.28.010 - Definitions. As used in this Chapter: (A) "City Reserve Marshal" means any person volunteering his time to the City who has successfully completed the City Reserve Marshal program. (B) "City Reserve Marshal Program" means a training and testing program established by the City Marshal in order to select from persons volunteering their time to the City those persons who are qualified to perform as Deputy City Marshals during those times and places as directed by the City Marshal. (Ord. 3640 § 3, 1992)
