18.120.020 - Determination of compliance by the City Surveyor. At the request of an interested party, the City Surveyor will determine whether or not that the real property is in compliance with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and this title which were applicable at the time the property was divided. The applicant shall be notified in writing of such determination. (Ord. 6968 §1, 2007)
