10.92.010 - Sale, possession or manufacture.
(A) Except as otherwise provided in this Section, any person who delivers or sells, possesses with the intent to deliver or sell, or manufactures with the intent to deliver or sell any drug paraphernalia, knowing, or under circumstances where one reasonably should know, that it will be used to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body a controlled substance in violation of NRS Chapters 453, 678C and 678D is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) Nothing in Subsection (A) shall be deemed to prohibit the sale or use of paraphernalia that is in accordance with NRS Chapters 678C and 678D and other provisions of this Code.
