Sec. 7-8-19. - Beer or alcoholic beverage sales in Coliseum—Board's authority to permit. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter to the contrary, the Coliseum board is authorized and empowered in its discretion to permit the sale of beer and alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises in the Coliseum at such times and events and under such terms, conditions, rules and regulations as such board may establish for that facility.
